摘要
今后一个时期以中东地区为中心的伊斯兰极端势力将处于活跃期,其在世界各地制造的恐怖暴力活动将处于多发期。由于地理上毗邻、社会形态相近、经济社会发展滞后等多重原因,中东地区伊斯兰极端势力崛起对欧亚地区安全形势构成重大威胁。中俄、上合组织及国际社会必须以担当精神、稳妥举措,共同应对这一严峻挑战。
In the future period, the Islam extremist force centered on the Middle East will stay active and the terrorism and violence activities made by it around the world are in the frequent occurrence period. Due to the geographical adjacency, close social formation, lagged economic and social development and many other reasons, the rising of Islam extremist force has formed great threat to the safety situation in Eurasian region. China and Russia, SCO and the international community must respond to the severe challenge with the spirit of responsibility and the reliable moves.
