摘要
目的探讨关节镜技术在Pilon骨折患者中的应用效果。方法整群选取该院2012年1月5日—2014年1月5日期间收诊的60例Pilon骨折患者作为研究对象,采取双盲法将其平均分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采用切开复位内固定术,观察组应用关节镜技术实施切开复位内固定术,比较两组应用效果。结果观察组患者骨折愈合时间、切口长度均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗的优良率为93.33%,高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为13.33%,低于对照组的63.33%(P<0.05)。结论 Pilon骨折治疗中应用的关节镜技术较传统术式更有优势,有着更少的不良反应发生率以及更高的优良率。
Objective To discuss the application effect of arthroscope in treatment of Pilon fracture. Methods 60 cases of patients with Pilon fracture treated in our hospital from January 5, 2012 to January 5, 2014 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each, the control group were treated with open reduction and internal fixation, the observation group were given open reduction and internal fixation by arthroscope, the application effect of the two groups was compared. Results The fracture healing time and length of incision in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（P0.05）, the treatment excellent and good rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（93.33% vs 70.00%）（P0.05）, the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（13.33% vs 63.33%）（P0.05）. Conclusion The application of arthroscope in treatment of Pilon fracture is more advantageous with a lower incidence of adverse reaction and a higher excellent and good rate.
