摘要
目的探讨利福平注射液治疗初治菌阳肺结核的临床疗效和安全性。方法整群选取2010年4月—2015年1月该院收治的78例初治菌阳肺结核患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将所选患者分为研究组和对照组,各39例,对照组采用异烟肼、乙胺丁醇和吡嗪酰胺基础药物治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上加用利福平注射液治疗,综合比较两组治疗总有效率、痰菌转阴率及不良反应情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗1、2个月后的痰菌转阴率分别为79.5%、94.9%,均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论利福平注射液辅助治疗初治菌阳肺结核效果确切,安全可行,可有效改善临床症状,降低传染性。
Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect and security of rifampicin injection in treatment of initial treatment of tuberculosis. Methods 78 cases of patients with initial treatment of tuberculosis treated in our hospital from April2010 to January 2015 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into two groups with 39 cases in each, the control group were treated with essential medicines including isoniazid, ethambutol and pyrazinamide, the research group were treated with the additional rifampicin injection on the basis of the control group, the total treatment effective rate,negative-cultured sputum rate and the adverse reaction condition of the two groups were comprehensively compared. Results The total treatment effective rate in the research group was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）; the negative-cultured sputum rate of the research group in 1-month and 2-month of treatment were respectively 79.5% and 94.9%,which were obviously higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）; the incidence of adverse reaction in the research group was lower than that in the control group,（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Rifampicin injection in the adjuvant treatment of initial treatment of tuberculosis has a definite effect and it is safe and feasible, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and reduce infectivity.
