摘要
目的对鼻内镜下不同方式腺样体切除术治疗腺样体肥大的临床疗效进行分析研究。方法随机选择2013年5月—2013年9月时间段该院接收救治的70例腺样体肥大的患儿,随机划分成研究组和对照组,各35例。研究组接受鼻内镜辅助低温等离子手术系统腺样体切除术,对照组接受鼻内镜辅助电动切割器切除腺样体术,就两个组别的临床疗效展开观察对比。结果研究组手术时间(5.7±1.9)min、术中出血量(21.6±6.9)ml、鼻腔恢复通气时间(3.6±0.8)d,相比对照组(12.3±3.7)min、(59.3±10.3)m L、(5.7±1.3)d明显更低(P<0.05);两组治愈率数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组不良反应发生率0相比对照组17.1%明显更低(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜辅助低温等离子腺样体切除术使用于腺样体肥大患儿临床疗效理想,可有效改善患儿体征症状,更加安全可靠,具备推广借鉴价值。
Objective To analyze and study the clinical efficacy of two kinds of endoscopic adenoidectomy in the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy. Methods 70 children with adenoid hypertrophy admitted in our hospital from May 2013 to September 2013 were randomly selected and divided into the study group and the control group with 35 cases each. The study group received low-temperature plasma-assisted endoscopic adenoidectomy, the control group received endoscopic adenoidectomy with electric cutter. And the clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed and compared. Results Compared with the control group, the study group had much shorter operation time [（5.7±1.9）min vs（12.3±3.7）min], obviously less intraoperative blood loss [（21.6±6.9）m L vs（59.3±10.3） m L], significantly shorter time for nasal cavity recovering ventilation[（3.6±0.8）d vs（5.7±1.3）d] with statistically significant differences（P〈 0.05）. The two groups showed no significant difference in the cure rate（P〈 0.05）. Compared with the control group, the study group had much lower incidence of adverse reactions（0vs 17.1%）（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion For children with adenoidal hypertrophy, low-temperature plasma-assisted endoscopic adenoidectomy is safe and reliable with ideal effect, which can effectively improve the signs and symptoms with the value of promotion and reference.
