复方中药抗肝纤维化细胞及分子机制研究进展

The Recent Advance of Cellular and Molecular Mechanisms of Chinese Patent Medicine Antifibrotic

摘要 肝纤维化是指肝脏细胞外基质的过度沉积,是许多慢性肝病的病理过程。近年来中药抗纤维化取得很多进展,发现了很多抗肝纤维化有效的单味药及复方中药,但是因为中药成分复杂,其作用机制难以完全阐明。目前国内外对于其作用机制研究已经逐渐向分子细胞水平不断深入,该文从肝纤维化发生发展的各个阶段对复方中药抗肝纤维化的相关细胞因子及分子作用机制最新研究进展做一综述,以期为复方中药抗肝纤维化的进一步研究提供参考。 Liver ficrosis is defined as a result of the accumulation of the extracellular matrix(ECM),it is a common pathological consequence of a variety of chronic liver injury. The recent studies about the antifibrotic part of the traditional Chinese medicine has made much progress. The scientists found a lot of single herbs and patent medicine that with the antifibrotic effective in them. But the composition of Chinese medicine is complicated. Their mechanism is difficult to completely clarify. Currently the studies about the mechanism of Chinese medicine has gradually gone deep into Molecular and cellular level at home and abroad. This paper do a review for the latest research progress of liver fibrosis Chinese patent medicine-related cytokines and molecular mechanisms on the various stages of liver fibrosis development. With a view to liver fibrosis Chinese patent medicine,we hope to provide a reference for further research about them.
