摘要
基于中国30个省域2002—2012年的面板数据,运用SFA方法实证分析了人力资本结构、国际技术溢出对技术效率的影响。结果显示,小学层次人力资本对技术效率没有显著正影响,也未能通过国际技术溢出对技术效率有显著正影响;初中层次人力资本和高中层次人力资本对技术效率有显著正影响,通过国际贸易渠道的技术溢出也对技术效率有显著正影响;大专及以上层次人力资本对技术效率没有显著正影响,但通过国际贸易和外商直接投资渠道的技术溢出对技术效率有显著正影响。
By using SFA method and based on panel data of 30 provinces of China from 2002 to 2012,we empirically analyze the influence of the human capital structure on the international technology spillover. The results show that the human capital of primary school level has no significant positive effect on the technology efficiency either directly or through international technology spillover;the human capital of junior school or high school level has significant positive effect on the technology efficiency both directly and through international technology spillover; the human capital of college or higher level has no significant positive effect on the technology efficiency directly,but it has ignificant positive effect on the technology efficiency through the technology spillover of international trade and foreign direct investment.
