基于井筒完整性的试油完井一体化工艺技术 被引量:8

摘要 试油完井一体化工艺技术是现代完井工程的发展趋势,为了防止井筒在试油测试和二次完井乃至之后的服役过程中不能控制或未预见到的地层流体泄漏、井喷或地下窜流,引入井筒完整性的先进理念,对试油完井一体化作业按照井筒完整性推荐导则进行组织、设计、操作,这样更符合先进的国际理念、更加安全,大大提高了试油完井作业效率,降低了作业成本,还有效解决了试油测试后井漏及产层损害问题,具有重要的现实指导意义。 The integrated operation technology of well testing and completion is the development trend of modern completion engineering. In order to prevent the fluid leakage,blowout or underground channeling in the wellbore,which can not be controlled or not foreseened in the process of the test and the secondary completion,advanced idea of well integrity was introduced,it was more in line with the advanced international idea and safety to organize,design and operate the integrated operation technology of well testing and completion according to OLF.Well integrity could greatly improve the efficiency of oil testing and completion,reduce the operation cost,and also effectively solve the problem of leakage and damage of the production layer.
