摘要
分析经济增长与创新能力相互关系,借鉴耦合理论建立二者的耦合度模型和耦合协调度模型,对长江经济带11个省市2001—2013年间经济增长与创新能力的耦合协调发展状况进行实证研究。实证结果表明:13年间,各省域的经济增长与创新能力耦合协调类型跨越6个等级,除云南外,其他省域均达到初级协调发展类型,但并没有省市达到优质协调发展类型;空间上,东中西地区呈现出明显的三级梯度递减规律;时间上,长江经济带覆盖区域耦合协调度均呈现上升趋势。针对这一现状,提出运用市场化手段增强创新能力,提高创新成果经济化效率,带动经济发展等建议,并为进一步促进长江经济带经济增长与创新能力之间耦合协调发展提出5个方面的政策建议。
We make an analysis of the relationship between economic growth and innovation ability. Referring to the cou- pling theory, we establish the coupling degree model and the coupling coordination degree model, and we make an empiri- cal study on the condition of coupling coordinated development of economic growth and innovation ability of 11 provinces of the Yangtze River economic in years of 2001--2013. The results show that： the provincial economic growth and innovation ability coupled coordination types of 13 years go across 6 levels. All the provinces and cities are of primary coordinated de- velopment type in addition to Yunnan, but types of high quality coordinated development are still not emerged; In space, West, Middle and East region show a law of diminishing in three grades; In time, the coupling coordination degree of the Yangtze River are showing a rising trend. In face of the imbalanced and disharmonious situation between the economic growth and innovation ability of the Yangtze River Economic Belt, we put forward five aspects of suggestions so that to pro- mote the coordinated development of Regional Economic Growth and Innovation Ability.
