摘要
为了实现化工污泥资源化,通过化工污泥与粉煤灰混合焙烧来制备水处理填料,研究了不同条件下填料的性能。结果表明,填料性能最佳条件为原料质量比(黏土∶干化污泥∶粉煤灰∶稻壳)为30∶40∶30∶7.5,焙烧温度1 160℃、焙烧时间10 min,此时堆积密度为0.445 g/cm3,破碎率与磨损率之和为2.6%。同时,填料的固废利用率达到70%,表明化工污泥可与粉煤灰联合焙烧资源化。经测定,填料重金属浸出量远低于《危险废物鉴别标准-浸出毒性鉴别》(GB 5085.3-2007)中规定的浓度限值,在模拟实际使用中体现出较好的生物相容性。
The water treatment filler was obtained by roasting chemical sludge and fly ash in order to achieve the reclamation and reuse of chemical sludge. Performance of carrier was tested under different conditions. By the experimental results,the bulk density was 0.445 g/cm-3 and the sum of failure rate and wear rate was 2.6% when the ratio of addition of clay∶dried sludge∶fly ash∶rice husk was 30∶40∶30∶7.5 and the mixed material was roasted for 10 minutes under the calcination temperature of 1 160 ℃. The recycling rate was up to 70%,which indicated that chemical sludge and fly ash can be roasted to prepare water treatment filler of high performance.By testing,the leaching concentrations of heavy metals are much lower than the regulated limit value in Identification Standard for Hazardous Waste-Indentification for Extraction Toxicity of GB5085.3-2007. The fillers show good biocompatibility during the actual using process.
