摘要
为了使污泥和餐厨垃圾2类固体废弃物得到更加资源化处理,将污水厂污泥和餐厨垃圾按TS之比4∶1进行混合两相厌氧消化,研究产甲烷相中不同的投配率对发酵效果的影响,试验设定的3个投配率分别为8%、12%和16%。研究结果表明,产甲烷相中投配率为16%时,系统稳定时总的SCOD去除率和总的VS去除率最高,分别74%和88.07%;日产气量最大,为888.07 mL/(g VS·d);产气中甲烷的百分含量最高,为74%。因此产甲烷相中投配率16%是本实验的最佳投配率。
In order to make sludge and food waste more resourceful treatment,a two-stage anaerobic co-digestion process using sewage sludge and food waste with total solids(TS)ratio of 4∶1 was tested,and the effect of different distribution rates on methanogenic phase was studied. The distribution rates of methanogenic phase in this study were 8%,12% and 16%.Results showed that at the methanogenic phase distribution rate of 16%,removal rate of VS and SCOD reached the highest about 74% and 88.07%,and so did the gas yield about 888.07 mL/(g VS·d),contained the highest percentage of methane about 74%. So the methanogenic phase distribution rate of 16% was the best for this study.
