摘要
阐述潜阳封髓丹方源和主治,通过痤疮、湿疹、银屑病3个医案对黄祥武老中医治疗头面部皮肤病经验进行分析,认为其应用潜阳封髓丹治疗头面部皮肤病主要用于虚阳上浮、肾水虚寒等证,同时在临床辨证中注意区分"虚火"与"实火"。
This paper discusses medical source and main treatment of Qianyang Fengsui Dan. Through 3 proven cases of acne,eczema and psoriasis we analyze Professor Huang Xiangwu＇s experience in treating dermatosis on head and face. Professor Huang thoughts that Qianyang Fengsui Dan mainly used for syndromes of deficient yang with upper manifestation and kidney water with deficiency cold. etc,meanwhile during the clinical syndrome differentiation we should pay attention to the distinction between＂deficiency fire＂and＂excess fire＂.
