摘要
线粒体基因组全序列的研究是近年来分子生物学研究的重要课题之一。本文对目前GenBank上公布的中国9种蜥蜴科动物线粒体基凶组全序列的长度及组成进行分析,建立系统发育树,探讨蜥蜴科物种的起源、演化和亲缘关系。
Mitochondrial genome complete sequence is one of the important topics in molecular biology research in recent years.We analyzed the length and composition of mitochondrial genome complete sequence for 9 species of Lacertidae in China,and we developed a phylogenetic tree of the 9 species from GenBank data.Based on these results,we can explore the origin,evolution and the relationship of species of Lacertidae.
