糖尿病患者行中耳乳突手术致耳廓化脓性软骨膜炎的治疗体会 被引量：8

The treatment experience of purulent perichondritis of auricle caused by middle ear mastoid surgery with diabetes

摘要 近年来,随着我国人民生活水平的不断提高,糖尿病患者越来越多,接受耳鼻咽喉科手术患者合并糖尿病的概率也随之增大。有效的围手术期血糖监测与控制将直接影响此类患者的手术疗效。耳廓化脓性软骨膜炎是指耳廓软骨膜的急性化脓性炎症,常见原因有外伤、手术及感染等,耳廓软骨因供血障碍出现坏死,病情发展迅速,如治疗时机不及时和治疗方法不当,可影响耳廓正常形态和生理功能〔1〕。
