磁流变技术在电梯领域中的应用

摘要 伴随着电梯智能化、高速化、信息化和节能环保的发展趋势,将磁流变技术与电梯技术相结合,是电梯发展新思路的一种有效尝试。本文介绍了新型的智能材料磁流变液及磁流变效应。综述了基于磁流变液的磁流变技术在电梯制动、减振、节能等方面的应用,并对其在电梯行业的发展做出了展望。 Along with the elevator development tendency of intelligentialize, high speed, informatization, energy conservation and environmental protection, it's a valid try of the elevator development to combine the magnetorheological technology with the technology of elevator. This paper introduces the magnetorheological fluid which is a new type of intelligent material and the magnetorheological effect. The application at the aspect of elevator brake, vibration reduction, and energy conservation of magnetorheological technology based on magnetorheological fluid is summarized. At the same time, the prospects of its development in elevator have been made.
