摘要
目的探讨采用个体化手术治疗高血压脑出血的临床效果。方法总结2011年3月~2015年3月收治的230例高血压脑出血病例,根据脑出血出血量、出血部位以及病人的状态,个体化选择最佳的、相对合理的手术方式,总结手术经验。结果 ADL分级：Ⅰ级,恢复正常32例;Ⅱ级,生活自理56例;Ⅲ级,需要他人帮助77例;Ⅳ级,卧床有意识48例,Ⅴ级,植物生存7例;死亡4例,其中死于肺部感染1例,多器官衰竭2例,术后脑干衰竭死亡1例,放弃治疗6例,无手术死亡。结论采取个体化手术方式和入路有利于提高手术治疗高血压脑出血的疗效。
Objective To study the individual operation for treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods In March 2011 to March 2015 treated 230 cases of hypertension cerebral hemorrhage, according to cerebral hemorrhage the bleeding, bleeding part, and the patient＇s condition, individual to choose the best, relatively reasonable operation method, summarizes the operation experience. Results ADL grading： Ⅰ level, 32 cases returned to normal;Ⅱ level, 56 cases of selfcare;Ⅲ level, need others to help 77 cases;Ⅳ level, bed consciously 48 cases, Ⅴ level, plant survival in 7 cases;4 cases died, in which 1 cases died of pulmonary infection and multiple organ failure in 2 cases. postoperative brain stem failure 1 case death, give up the treatment of 6 cases, no operative death. Conclusion The clinical effect of surgical treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage by individual operation and the approach of the approach is to be improved.
