摘要
运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法对体育教育专业增设跑酷运动课程展开研究,目的是为体育教育专业能否增设跑酷运动课程提供相关的依据或建议。结果表明:(1)跑酷运动可以促进学生身心健康,增强其自信心,培养其创造力,充分展示学生的个性;(2)可以丰富体育教育专业的选修课程内容;(3)可以拓展体育教育专业学生的知识与技能;(4)可以帮助学生在正迁移规律下提高其它运动技能;(5)可以拓宽体育教育专业培养目标的外延;(6)可以促进学校办学特色的形成。研究结论:体育教育专业增设跑酷运动课程需要相应的场地、器材等设施,以及较强的师资力量,缺失这些条件会严重阻碍跑酷运动课程的增设。
Usings paper uses method of literature data,questionnaire and mathematical statistics to study the theory of parkour and combine with the origin,character of parkour and recent education system in physical education major to explore the possibility of adding it as a class in PE major.The author will have a investigation on the adding parkour course in PE major and the study will survey students in PE major of Yulin Normal university.The results show that:(1)Parkour will promote students' physical and mental health,enhance the confidence,improve the creative ability and to show the students' personality.(2)Parkour can rich the PE major elective courses.(3)Parkour can expend the knowledge and skills of the PE major students.(4)Parkour can help students improve other sports skills in the positive transfer law.(5)Parkour can broaden physical education professional training objectives.(6)Parkour can promote the formation of the school characteristics.Conclusion:it need enough facilities,equipment and other facilities,as well as strong teaching force when adding parkour course in PE major and lacking of that will seriously hindered addition of the parkour course.
