摘要
随着社会文明的演进,人类的生活形态从原始的劳动生活形态逐渐演变成现在的坐式生活形态,也间接造成现代疾病形态的改变。美国运动医学学会指出,从事规律的健身运动,可以提高心肺功能、降低冠状动脉疾病的患病率。许多专家学者的研究也证实,从事规律的健身运动,对于减轻焦虑与忧郁也有正面的效果。从健身运动所产生的生理与心理上的效益可以了解,不从事规律性健身运动不仅会提升疾病的患病率,亦会让生活与工作上的压力与紧张的角色无法缓解。因此,透过可行的策略,使其逐步培养规律的健身运动,缓解在工作及生活上的压力,从而达到更佳的生活品质。
With the evolution of social civilization,human's lifestyle has gradually evolved from the original labor life into the modern sitting lifestyle,which also indirectly causes the change of modern disease forms.American Sports Medicine Academy points out taking regular fitness exercise can improve cardio-pulmonary function and lower the morbidity of coronary artery diseases.Studies of many experts also prove that taking regular fitness exercise has positive effect on reducing anxiety and depression.Seen from the benefit of physiology and mentality produced by fitness exercise,not working on regular fitness exercise will not only increase morbidity but also lead to unavoidable pressure and tense roles in life and work.Therefore,through feasible strategies,people will be able to cultivate regular fitness exercise,and with the attachment to sports,it can also relieve people's pressure in work and life,thus achieving better life quality.
