芜湖市城市化发展与耕地保护和粮食安全的协调性研究被引量：2

摘要通过借鉴经济与环境协调度模型,对1980—2010年芜湖市城市化水平与耕地面积、粮食产量及人均粮食产量进行协调度分析.结果表明:城市化—耕地面积协调度水平最低,协调度平均值为0.202,出现不协调类型频率最高;城市化—粮食产量协调度和城市化—人均粮食产量协调度总体状态较理想,出现调和以上状态次数居多,协调度平均值在0.45以上.表明芜湖市城市化进程中耕地面积大多时候难以保持在承载力阈值内,处于衰退状态;粮食产量及人均粮食产量变化保持在承载力阈值内;城市化进程中的耕地衰退趋势显著削弱了粮食安全的资源基础.因此,要维持城市化与耕地保护及粮食安全的高协调度关系,就要综合耕地面积与耕地利用及人口增长等多方面考虑,从而合理评估城市化进程中的耕地保护及粮食安全压力. We calculates the coordination degree between cultivated land quantity, total grain production, per-capita grain production and urbanization level of Wuhu city from 1980 to 2010 based on the coordinated index model between economy and environment. The results indicated that： the coordination degree between cultivated land quantity and urbanization level is lowest, The average coordination degree is0.202, most of the time, the uncoordinated state happened; the coordination degree between total grain production and urbanization level and the coordination degree between per-capita grain production and urbanization level are more idea, the state over harmonic happened most; The average coordination degree is more than 0.45. The research conclusion： most of the time, the quantity of cultivated land is difficult to maintain in the bearing threshold value, and there is a decrease in the overall trend; the change of total grain production and per-capita grain production maintain in the bearing threshold value; the decrease of cultivated land quantity in the urbanization process is greatly weakened the resource base of grain security. Therefore, to maintain the high coordination degree between the urbanization level,food safety and cultivated land protection, we should take into account the cultivated land quantity, cultivated land use pattern and population growth. To assess the pressure on food safety and cultivated land protection reasonably in the process of urbanization.
