摘要
目的探讨安全管理模式在骨科患者防跌倒与坠床中的应用效果。方法自2014年6月起我科室为预防患者跌倒与坠床实施安全管理模式,从管理因素、护理人员因素和患者因素加强管理。比较安全管理前后护士防护知识及技能评分、患者跌倒与坠床的发生率、投诉率以及患者的护理满意度变化。结果安全管理后,护士防护知识评分高于管理前,患者跌倒和坠床的发生率低于管理前,患者的投诉率低于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者在护理评估、预防标识、护士宣教、防护设施等方面的护理满意度均高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论安全管理能够减少骨科患者跌倒与坠床的发生,提高患者的住院安全性和护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of safety management mode in the prevention of falling down and falling out of bed among orthopedics patients. Methods Since June 2014, we implemented safety management mode and strengthened management from aspects of regulation, nursing staff and patients in order to prevent falling down and falling out of bed among orthopedics patients. Scores of prevention and care knowledge and skill of nurses, incidence rates of falling down and falling out of bed of patients, complaint rates and satisfaction degree of patients before and after the implementation of safety management mode will be compared. Results The score of prevention and care knowledge of nurses after the implementation of safety management mode was higher than that before the implementation, and the incidence rates of falling down and falling out of bed of patients as well as compliant rate were lower than that before.The differenceswere statistically significant（P0.05）. Patients＇ satisfaction degree of nursing in the aspects of assessment, prevention, education, and prevention facilities were higher than before, and the differenceswere statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Safety management mode can reduce the incidence rate of falling down and falling out of bed among orthopedics patients significantly and improve patients＇ safety andsatisfaction degree of nursing.
