摘1要:侦查、预防、服务三位一体警务模式起源于我国台湾地区,收到良好的社会效果。目前我国大陆地区尚无侦查、预防、服务三位一体警务模式,研究我国台湾地区三位一体警务模式的运行模式,分析其在我国大陆地区推行的问题,进而提出相应的解决对策,对我国大陆地区警务创新具有参考和借鉴意义。
The trinity policing model of investigation, prevention and service was originated in the Taiwan, China, receiving good social effect. Currently, there is no such policing model in the mainland of China. The paper holds that it will undoubtedly benefit the police service innovation of the main land of China by studying the operation mode of Taiwan＇s trinity policing mode, analyzing the obstacles of its implementation in China's Mainland, and putting forward the corresponding countermeasures.
