摘要
1病例资料患者,男,31岁,已婚。以＂饮酒后突发呼吸困难20min＂急诊入院。患者与朋友一起在酒店吃饭时,饮用白酒约50g后7min左右突然呼吸困难,伴心悸、头昏、恶心、出汗。立即拨打120接入我院急诊科诊治。既往体健,平时有饮酒嗜好,酒量约白酒300g。否认药物、食物过敏史。近一周来,患者因感冒一直在诊所输注头孢类药物,具体药名不祥。查体：T 36.8℃,P 138次/min,R 32次/min,
We explained the clinical manifestations,emergency medical treatment measures and the pathogenesis of disulfiram-like reaction by one case report.When the cephalosporins etc was used of in clinical practice,wine and ethanol-containing beverages should be prohibited to drink within 14 day to prevent the occurrence of disulfiram-like reaction.
