摘要
随着经济水平提高,人们对医疗质量要求提高。通过结合目前医疗实际状况分析当前医疗质量管理存在的不足及影响医疗质量管理的主要原因,进而有效探讨医疗质量合理化管理的提升策略。本文主要提出加强医院学习培训,引进先进技术人才及建立健全规章制度等提高管理质量的改进措施,强化医疗质量意识教育,加强医务人员的法律意识和专业技术培训,正确处理与患者之间的关系,从而有效完善各项制度落实医疗制度体系,提升医疗管理质量。
With the growing of economic level,the demand for medical quality is increasing. This paper analyzes the current situation of medical service and the problems in quality control of medical service as well as the main causes,so as to explore effective measures to improve the quality of medical care. In this paper,we put forward the ideas of strengthening hospital training,introducing advanced technical personnel,establishing and improving rules and regulations to improve the quality of medical service control. Through publicizing medical quality awareness,the legal awareness and professional skills of medical staff will be strengthened. In addition,proper handling of the relationship between the patients will effectively improve the medical systems,thus enhance the quality of medical service control.
