单弓形和新型折流板换热器壳程流场的数值模拟及性能对比分析 被引量:3

摘要 提出了一种新型的折流板,并建立了单弓折流板和新型折流板换热器壳程的三维模型,利用计算流体力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics,CFD)软件,采用k-ε湍流模型,比较了相同设计参数下,单弓折流板与新型折流板换热器的性能。结果表明,相同壳程流量条件下,新型折流板换热器具有传热效率高,基本无传热死区,不易结垢等优点。以α/Δp作为衡量标准,新型折流板优于传统的单弓形折流板,该折流板已申请了实用新型专利。且其加工简易,安装方便,具有十分广阔的市场前景。 A new pattern baffle of heat exchanger has been proposed in this paper.After establishing the 3-D models by using ICEM,the CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)software has been adopted to compare the flow field of new pattern baffle heat exchanger and single-segment baffle heat exchanger.The k-εturbulent flow model has been applied in the simulation.The overall performance and flow dead zone has been studied.The final results indicate that,under the same flow velocity of the shell side,the new pattern baffle heat exchanger has higher heat efficiency,fewer dead zone,less pressure loss and less fouling tendency.At the end of this essay,we useα/Δpto define the overall performance of the two heat exchangers.With its easy processing and installing characteristics,the new pattern baffle heat exchanger has bright market prospects.This new pattern baffle heat exchanger has obtained the patent for utility models.The patent number is ZL 2013 2 0076674.0.
