摘要
本实验运用连续的电去离子技术选择性的分离稀溶液中的Cu^(2+)和Co^(2+)。对工作电流,原水流量和以EDTA为络合剂的添加等因素对混合离子分离效果的影响进行了考察。实验结果表明,EDI在工作电流为200 m A,原水流量为60 m L/min的条件下运行,通过向原水中添加络合剂EDTA并且保证其与溶液中的Cu^(2+)和Co^(2+)完全络合,可以得到最佳的分离比37.92。利用EDI过程从二元混合液中选择性分离重金属离子是一种很有前途的方法。
In this work, acontinuous electrodeionization process was applied to selective separation of Cu^(2+)and Co^(2+)ions from dilute aqueous solutions.The influential parameters, such asworking current, feed flow rate andthe presence of EDTA were investigated.The results show that, when the working current of EDI is 200 m A and thefeed flow rateis 60 m L/min, the segregation ratio can reach the value of 37.92 with the presence of EDTA.Electrodeionization is a promising method of selective separation ofheavy metali ons from their dilute aqueoussolutions.
