摘要
目的研究种植覆盖义齿在下颌牙槽嵴萎缩患者中的应用,探寻有效治疗下颌牙槽嵴萎缩的办法。方法选择2013年1月～2015年1月接诊的下颌牙槽嵴萎缩60例患者进行治疗研究。60例下颌牙槽嵴萎缩患者均进行种植覆盖义齿治疗,记录分析其疗效情况和患者满意度情况。结果在下颌牙槽嵴萎缩患者中使用种植覆盖义齿治疗后未出现无效的情况,治疗的总有效率达100.00%;种植覆盖义齿后患者咀嚼功能与固位、稳定性的满意度高达100.00%,语音功能与舒适性满意度达91.67%;下颌牙槽嵴萎缩患者在实施种植覆盖义齿治疗后的咀嚼效率（70.82±5.5）%较治疗之前的咀嚼效率（51.50±4.4）%有明显的提高,治疗前后咀嚼效率比较具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论给予下颌牙槽嵴萎缩患者进行种植覆盖义齿治疗,临床效果良好,可以有效地恢复患者的咀嚼功能,还可以使患者义齿的稳定性和固位性得到显著地提高,进而提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To study the application effect of planting overdentures in mandibular alveolar ridge atrophypatients,to explore the mandibular alveolar atrophy effective treatment. Methods 60 patients with mandibular alveolar ridge atrophy from January 2013 to January 2015 in our hospital were researched. 60 cases of mandibular alveolar atrophy patients were supported overdenture treatment,recorded and analyzed the situation of its efficacy and patient satisfaction situation. Results Supported overdenture treatment is usefull with mandibular alveolar ridge atrophy after treatment. the effective rate of 100. 00 percent; planting cover denture patients after chewing function,the stability of up to100. 00% satisfaction voice functionality and comfort satisfaction of 91. 67%; mandibular alveolar ridge atrophy chewing efficiency in the implementation of supported overdenture after treatment（ 70. 82 ± 5. 5） % compared with the previous treatment of masticatory efficiency（ 51. 50 ± 4. 4） % significantly improve chewing efficiency comparison before and after treatment was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions To give mandibular alveolar ridge atrophy planting Overdentures treatment,can effectively restore chewing function、denture stability and retention properties of patients has been improved,thus improving the quality of life of patients.
