摘要
探讨了热管理技术在国内外发展的现状和趋势,结合新一代车辆中以高功率密度推进系统、变海拔工况和全电车辆为代表的技术需求,分析了目前热管理系统中面临的技术瓶颈和挑战,提出了从热管理技术出发建立全工况设计、流场匹配、分布式冷却的设计理念.
In this paper,the status and tendency of thermal management technology development at home and abroad are discussed. According to the technical requirement of the new generation vehicles whose characteristics are represented by high power density propulsion system,variable altitude operating condition and full electric driven, the confronted technical challenges of thermal management are analyzed. A novel design idea based on thermal management technology is proposed,which is achieved by full load designing,flow field matching and distributed cooling.
