亲水性聚四氟乙烯微孔膜的制备研究 被引量:4

摘要 疏水性聚合物膜的亲水性改性是当前分离膜研究的热点之一。改进常用的聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)亲水性改性方法,提出前处理与后处理相结合的改性方法,即通过调整PTFE粉料配方制备出复合微孔膜,复合微孔膜经表面处理改性引入羟基(—OH),从而制备出具有持久稳定亲水性PTFE微孔膜。采用接触角测试判断微孔膜的亲水性能,使用扫描电镜(SEM)分析观察复合膜改性前后的形貌变化。结果表明:通过该方法制备的PTFE微孔膜具有良好的亲水性,且亲水性能较稳定。 The hydrophilic modification of hydrophobic polymer membranes has attracted a lot of attention in the study of the separation membrane.A new idea regarding improvement of hydrophilic property of polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)microporous membrane through changing the formula to prepare composite microporous membrane was introduced.Then the hydroxyl(—OH)was introduced to the composite membrane by cross linking reaction on the surface to obtain a stability hydrophilic PTFE microporous membrane.The performances of membrane were tested by contact angle,scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results showed that the membrane prepared by this method showed stable hydrophilicity.
