摘要
以N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(NMBA)为交联剂,在没有氮气和引发剂情况下,采用静置热聚合法,合成2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)/壳聚糖(CTS)/顺丁烯二酸酐(MA)三元共聚吸附树脂。通过单因素试验研究了树脂对碱性品红及蒸馏水的吸附影响,并运用热重-微分热重(TG-DTG)对树脂的热稳定性进行分析。实验结果表明,树脂对碱性品红和蒸馏水具有较好的吸附性,其最大吸附量分别为58.0mg/g和1189g/g。TG-DTG分析表明该树脂在330℃之前具有很好的热稳定性。
Using N,N′-methylene bisacrylamide(NMBA)as crosslinking agent,a ternary copolymer adsorption resin of 2-acrythesis of 2-acrylamide-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid(AMPS)/chitosan(CTS)/cis-butenedioic anhydride(MA)was synthesized by static thermal polymerization without nitrogen atmosphere and initiator.The thermal stability of resin were analyzed by TG-DTG.The results showed that the copolymer had an excellent adsorption performance for the basic fuchsin and distilled water,and the maximum absorbency was 58.0mg/g and 1189g/g,respectively.The thermal stability of resin was good before 330℃.
