摘要
利用自主研发的模内叠层共挤出成型装置,通过改变相容剂马来酸酐接枝三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM-g-MAH)的添加方式得到3种不同结构的聚酰胺-6/三元乙丙橡胶(PA6/EPDM)阻隔性复合材料。通过扫描电子显微镜观察,气体渗透性能及拉伸性能,研究了3种PA6/EPDM复合材料的形态结构、阻隔性能及力学性能。结果表明:采用模内叠层共挤出成型装置制备的PA6/EPDM复合材料氧气透过量较纯EPDM大大降低,最高能降低66.1%,气体阻隔性能得到显著提升,而不同结构的复合材料性能提升不同,具有交替层叠结构的复合材料气体阻隔性能优于海岛结构,而拉伸强度则相反。
Three different structure of polyamide-6(PA6)/ethylene propylene diene monomer(EPDM)barrier composite materials were prepared by independent development in-mold laminated co-extrusion device and changing the adding method of the compatibilizer EPDM grafted with maleic anhydride(EPDM-g-MAH).The morphological structure of three kinds of PA6/EPDM composites,gas-barrier properties and mechanicals properties were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),gas-permeability and tensile tests.The results showed that,the gas barrier property of PA6/EPDM composite prepared by the in-mold laminated extrusion device had larger improvement than pure EPDM,and different structure leaded to different performance,the gas barrier property of composite material with alternating layers structure was superior to the island structure,while the tensile strength was the opposite.
