摘要
目的总结毛母质瘤的声像图特征,提高其超声诊断准确率。方法回顾分析术后病理证实为毛母质瘤的81个病灶的声像图表现。结果肿瘤位于皮肤层2个,皮肤及皮下层17个,皮下层62个;大小约2～26 mm;74个呈类圆形;74个边缘清晰;68个呈弱回声,69个内部回声不均质,其中7个可见液性无回声区;66个边缘见环状低回声;51个后方回声衰减;66个可见钙化;58个可探及血流。结论毛母质瘤具有一定声像图特征,超声对其有一定的辅助诊断价值。
Objective To summarize the ultrasonographic characteristics of pilomatricoma and improve the accuracy.Methods Eight-one lesions confirmed pathologically were retrospectively analyzed. Results Two lesions were located in the skin layer,17 lesions located in the skin and subcutaneous layer,and 62 lesions were located in the subcutaneous layer.The size range was 2 ～26 mm.74 lesions showed oval-shaped and distinct margin.68 lesions were hypoechoic.69 lesions showed heterogeneous echogenicity,and 7 of them had echo-free space.66 lesions had hypoechoic rim.66 lesions had calcification,and 51 ones had posterior acoustic attenuation. The flow signals could be found in 58 cases.Conclusion The ultrasonographic features of pilomatricoma are typical,and ultrasonography is valuable for final diagnosis.
