摘要
肝脓肿是常见的肝脏感染性疾病,目前主要通过临床判断结合常规影像学检查,而超声造影则可实时动态显示病灶增强情况并可定量分析,不仅可用以鉴别诊断及判断脓肿病程分期,还可清晰显示脓肿液化坏死程度及范围,精确定位引导穿刺引流或活检。本文就超声造影对肝脓肿的诊断、治疗的研究进展及相关疗效评价的价值进行综述,并提出将来可能联合应用的其他检查方法。
Pyogenic liver abscess（PLA） is a common kind of infectious disease,it is diagnosed mainly by clinic symptoms and signs combined with conventional imaging at present,but contrast- enhanced ultrasound（CEUS） not only can display the enhancement of lesions dynamicly and real-time,but also can undergo quantitative analysis,and be used for differential diagnosis and judging the stage of PLA.CEUS can make a exact guidance for puncture drainage and biopsy,due to displaying clearly the range and extent of necrosis. The research progress on diagnosis and treatment of PLA and assessment of curative effect are reviewed in this article,and other examination which may be combined with CEUS in future is proposed.
