摘要
目的评价手振50%葡萄糖空气微气泡作为右心声学造影剂是否较手振生理盐水空气微气泡更有优势。方法采用目前国内外临床通用方法制备手振生理盐水空气微气泡(0.9%生理盐水9 ml,空气1.0 ml),50%葡萄糖空气微气泡制备方法同生理盐水空气微气泡,不同的是剂量减少(50%葡萄糖溶液4 ml,空气0.4 ml)。对20例健康成人分别行右心声学造影,比较两种微气泡的造影效果。结果两种微气泡均能达到右心超声造影效果,50%葡萄糖空气微气泡在右房有效持续时间[(25.63±6.24)s]、持续时间[(74.84±62.96)s]明显高于生理盐水空气微气泡在右房有效持续时间[(16.47±3.95)s]和持续时间[(48.21±39.77)s],差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论手振50%葡萄糖空气微气泡右心超声造影效果优于手振生理盐水空气微气泡。
Objective To study the clinical value of agitated 50% glucose in right heart contrast echocardiography,compared with agitated saline. Methods Agitated saline was prepared by mixing 9 ml saline and 1.0 ml air,according to the widely accepted method. Agitated 50% glucose was prepared by mixing only 4 ml 50% glucose and 0.4 ml air.20 patients without heart disease were enrolled in this study. Right heart contrast echocardiography using both contrast agents were performed and comparatively analyzed. Results Both agitated glucose and saline could be applied for right heart contrast ultrasonography.Agitated glucose was superior to saline for its longer effective duration time[(25.63±6.24)s vs.(16.47±3.95)s]and duration time[(74.84±62.96)s vs.(48.21±39.77)s],there were significant difference(P〈0.05).Conclusion Agitated 50% glucose is superior to agitated saline in right heart contrast echocardiography.
