GE风力发电机组是江苏沿海的主力机型,装机容量较大,运行相对稳定,但在风电场场内回路忽然掉电后再次恢复供电时,会出现大量风机因报警“Overtemprature pitch motor变桨电机过热”而故障停机的现象,登塔检查后发现均是变桨电机的PTC热敏电阻触发器故障,下文将简述P11C热敏电阻及其触发器原理,并分析PTC热敏电阻触发器故障原因及可行性改进方法。
