摘要
本文研究了温度和光照对烟草青枯病菌生长的影响。结果表明,烟草青枯病菌生长的温度范围在12-45℃,适温为28-33℃,最适宜生长的温度为30℃,不同典型气候区不同烟草青枯病菌的OD600值存在一定差异。在适宜温度条件下,各菌株在不同光照下的OD600值差异不显著,说明延长光照时间对烟草青枯病菌的生长影响不明显。
This paper studied the effects of temperature and light on growth of Tobacco R. solanacearum. The results showed that the range of temperature for growth of R. solanacearum was 12 - 45℃,the optimum temperature was between 28 and 33℃,while the best optimum temperature focused on 30℃. The OD600 of R.solanacearum exhibited some difference in different R. solanacearum strains collected from different typical climatic regions. There was not significant difference in growth among R. solanacearum strains under different light condition.
