摘要
目的研究并探讨右美托咪定辅助舒芬太尼用于胆囊手术术后患者自控镇痛中的临床效果。方法该研究整群选取该院2014年1—10月收治的60例胆囊手术患者进行对比研究,并采取数字抽签法进行分组,分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组患者给予舒芬太尼术后镇痛,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用右美托咪定。对比两组患者手术后的疼痛评分、不良反应。结果与对照组相比,观察组的镇痛评分(VAS)降低(P<0.05)。观察组患者的术后不良反应发生率为6.67%,明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在胆囊手术中应用右美托咪定辅助舒芬太尼麻醉镇痛,能够有效缓解术后疼痛,减少不良反应的发生。
Objective To research and discuss the clinical effect of dexmedetomidine supplemented by sufentanil in the patient-controlled analgesia after operation on gallbladder. Methods 60 cases of patients with operation on gallbladder treated in our hospital from January 2014 to October 2014 were selected for comparative research and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each, the control group were treated with sufentanil, the observation group were treated with additional dexmedetomidine on the basis of the control group, the postoperative pain score and adverse reaction of the two groups were compared. Results The visual analogue scale（VAS）was decreased in the observation group compared with that in the control group,（P〈0.05）, the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.67%, which was obviously lower than that in the control group,（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of dexmedetomidine supplemented by sufentanil for anesthesia analgesia in the operation on gallbladder can effectively relieve the postoperative pains and decrease the incidence of adverse reactions.
