摘要
目的探讨风险管理理念在精神科护理流程再造中的应用效果。方法选取2014年5月—2015年5月期间该院收治的精神患者120例,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组采取常规护理流程,观察组在对照组基础上实施风险管理,观察对比两组患者护理患者护理满意度。结果患者家属护理满意度对比观察组显著优于对照组,(P<0.05)差异具有统计学意义。实施护理风险流程再造以来护理缺陷发生率由实施前的4.92%降至1.1%;护理风险事件从实施前9起降现在的2起;患者对护理质量满意度从实施前的86.8%上升为实施后95.00%。结论在精神科患者护理流程再造中实施风险管理,可使护士风险防范意识和能力得到较大提高,并有效提升了患者家属的护理满意度,值得临床广泛应用及推广。
Objective To study risk management application effect of psychiatric nursing process reengineering. Methods To select 2014.5 to 2015.5, 120 patients were divided into control group and observation group averagely, control group were given routine nursing process, observation group were given risk management implementation. nursing observation compared two groups of patients nursing satisfaction. Results The patient＇s family care satisfaction contrast observation group,significantly better than control group（P0.05） difference is statistically significant. Since the implementation of the nursing risk process reengineering nursing defect rate fell to 1.1% from 4.92% before the implementation; Nursing risk events since9 landing now prior to implementation of 2; Patient satisfaction with nursing quality rose from 86.8% before the implementation of 95.00% after implementation. Conclusions In patients with psychiatric nursing process reengineering in the implementation of risk management, can improve obviously the nurse risk prevention consciousness and ability, and effectively improve the nursing satisfaction of patients＇ families more closely the relationship between nurses and patients,worthy of clinical wide application and promotion.
