摘要
目的研究在普外科实施护理管理模式中加强风险管理的应用效果。方法自2014年1月—2014年12月期间该科室实施常规护理管理模式,于2015年1月—2015年9月期间在常规护理管理模式中重点加强风险管理,分别选择同期普外科患者各40例,设为常规组与干预组。观察两组患者安全事故发生率及对护理服务满意度。结果常规组患者安全事故发生率为27.5%,干预组为12.5%,干预组低于常规组,P<0.05。常规组满意度为77.5%,干预组为95%,干预组高于常规组,P<0.05。结论临床外科病房制定护理管理模式中重点应用风险管理,加强对科室人员风险意识教育,定期培训本科室护理人员专业技能,为患者提供优质护理服务,提高其对护理服务满意度,降低患者安全事故发生率。
Objective To study the application effect of risk management in the surgical care. Methods From January 2014 to December 2014, the conventional nursing management was applied; from January 2015 to September 2015, the risk management was applied. The patients were divided into conventional group and intervention group, 40 cases each group.The incidence rate of accidents and nursing satisfaction for two groups was observed. Results The incidence rate of accidents for intervention group（12.5%） was lower than that of conventional group（27.5%）（P〈0.05）; the satisfaction of intervention group（95%） was higher than that of conventional group（77.5%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the general surgery department, the risk management, the education of risk awareness and the regular training of professional skills can provide the high-quality nursing service, improve the nursing service satisfaction and reduce the incidence rate of accidents.
