摘要
目的探讨同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、叶酸(FA)、维生素B12(Vit B12)水平与脑卒中患者的关系。方法选取我院脑卒中患者458例作为观察组,其中男264例,女194例;轻型145例,中型206例,重型107例;脑血栓型168例,脑栓塞型214例,腔隙性型76例;同期选取健康体检者450例作为对照组,全部研究对象均检测血清Hcy、FA、Vit B12水平。结果观察组血清Hcy明显高于对照组,血清FA、Vit B12水平明显低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同性别脑卒中患者血清Hcy、FA、Vit B12水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。重型脑卒中患者血清Hcy水平明显高于轻中型脑卒中患者,FA、Vit B12水平水平明显低于轻中型脑卒中患者,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。脑栓塞型脑卒中患者血清Hcy水平明显高于脑血栓型、腔隙性型脑卒中患者,FA、Vit B12水平明显低于脑血栓型、腔隙性型脑卒中患者,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论同型半胱氨酸、叶酸、维生素B12水平与脑卒中病情程度与疾病类型具有紧密的关系。
Objective To study the relationship between homocysteine(Hcy), folic acid(FA) and vitamin B12(Vit B12) levels and cerebral apoplexy.Methods 458 cases cerebral apoplexy were selected as observation group,included 264 cases male, 194 cases female, 145 cases mild, 206 cases medium, 107 cases severe, 168 cases cerebral thrombosis, 214 cases cerebral embolism, 76 cases lacunar. 450 cases of healthy check-up people in the same period were select as the control group, serum Hcy, FA, Vit B12 levels of all object were detected.Results Serum Hcy of observation group was obviously higher than control group, serum FA, Vit B12 levels were significantly lower than control group, comparing the two groups had statistically significant difference(P〈0.05).Serum Hcy, FA, Vit B12 levels between different gender cerebral apoplexy patients compared with no statistical significance(P〈0.05). Serum Hcy level of severe cerebral apoplexy was significantly higher than mild and medium cerebral apoplexy, serum FA, Vit B12 levels were significantly lower than mild medium cerebral apoplexy, compared with statistically significant difference(P〈0.05).Serum Hcy level of cerebral embolism cerebral apoplexy was significantly higher than cerebral thrombosis, lacunar cerebral apoplexy, serum FA, Vit B12 levels were significantly lower than cerebral thrombosis, lacunar cerebral apoplexy, comparing differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion It had close relationship between homocysteine, folic acid,vitamin B12 levels and disease types,severity of cerebral apoplexy.
