摘要
用中双9号早花植株作母本、湘油15号早花植株作父本杂交,经长沙—昆明穿梭育种,早熟性状定向选择,育成在长沙地区10月20日左右播种、4月20日左右成熟的湘油420,成熟期比一般品种在迟播近1个月的情况下,早熟15~20 d。该材料芥酸含量为0,硫苷含量17.39μmol/g,含油量40.08%,在45万株/hm^2左右密度下,株高155 cm左右,适合油—稻—稻三熟制直播栽培。
Early- flowering individuals of the rapeseed cv. ‘Zhongshuang 9 'were used as female to cross with cv.‘Xiangyou 15'as male. The resultant progenies were selected for early maturity by shuttle breeding between Changsha and Kunming. The bred cultivar named 420 matures around April 20 owhen sown around October 20 of the previous year in Changsha( Central Hunan),which is 15- 20 days earlier than conventional cultivars even under the condition of 30 days delay of sowing. This cultivar is of double- low quality,with erucic acid and glucosinolates content of 0 and 17. 39 μmol /g. It has oil content of 41. 08% in its seed. The plant height is about 155 centimeters at high density of 450 000 plants per hectare. The cultivar ‘Xiangyou 420'is an excellent rapeseed by direct sowing in the cropping system of yearly rapeseed- early rice- late rice.
