摘要
目的：研究在手术室护理中舒适护理的临床应用效果.方法：选取2012年4月-2014年10月在某院进行手术治疗的患者220例,按照随机分组原则将其分为对照组和护理组各110例,对照组患者手术过程中采取常规护理,护理组患者则在手术过程中实施系统的舒适护理,对比两组患者的生理和心理状况以及其对应的护理满意度.结果：护理组患者的紧张、焦虑度以及其血压和心率异常指标均低于对照组,同时护理组患者对手术室护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异显著具有统计意义（P 〈0.05）.结论：在手术室护理中应用舒适护理能够显著优化患者的心理和生理指标,同时提升其护理满意度,有助于提升患者的手术耐受度,促进手术顺利进行,值得在临床上推广应用.
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of comfortnursing in operating room nursing.Methods:Select 220 cases of patients received surgical treatment in a hospital from April 2012 to October2014,randomly divide them into two groups,110 cases in control group and 110 cases in nursing group,the control group was given routine nursing,the nursing group was given comfort nursing,physical and psychological status of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:Nervous and anxiety degree and the heart rate indexes of the nursing groupwere lower than those of the control group,satisfaction degree of the nursing group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the differenceswere statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the operation room,application of comfort nursing can significantly improve the patient's psychological and physiological indexes,improve their satisfaction with nursing,enhance the degree of tolerance to surgery,promote the smooth progress of the surgery.It is worthy of clinical application.
