摘要
综述了近年来国内外关于钙和乳制品摄入对预防肾结石形成及复发的相关研究进展,结果表明:无论是对健康人还是结石患者,通过乳制品维持正常或较高的钙摄入水平有助于降低肾结石风险,而钙补充剂不能替代乳制品发挥这一有益作用。
This article reviewed the research advancements on the relationship between dairy and calcium intake and risk of kidney stones. Results showed that a higer intake of calcium from dairy products reduced the risk of kidney stones for both healthy people and patients with renal calculus. To decrease the risk,calcium supplements couldn' t take the place of dairy products.
