摘要
静脉血栓栓塞症严重影响医疗安全与医疗质量,应用管理思维,并运用时间管理、会议管理、SWOT分析等管理手段,我院形成了VTE防治的多学科团队,通过开放式会议与培训等形式,使各高风险科室制定VTE风险评估表及有针对性地干预举措。未来,使全院各专科应用信息系统进行VTE风险评估并使用标准化干预路径,将是我院院内VTE防治体系建设的新方向。
Venous thromboembolism seriously affects the medical security and medical quality, we have formed a multidisciplinary team of the prevention and control of the VET by using the application of management thoughts,time management,meeting management,SWOT analysis and other methods. Through open meetings and training,making VTE related high-risk clinical departments to establish VTE risk assessment forms and targeted interventions.In the future,making VTE related high-risk clinical departments to establish VTE risk assessment forms through information system,and then using standardized intervention paths will be a new direction.
