摘要
麻黄附子细辛汤出自张仲景《伤寒论》少阴篇,主治太少两感证,由麻黄、附子、细辛组成,三药合用共奏温阳散寒解表之效。该方配伍严谨、精当,用量准确,是张仲景表里双解治疗方法的代表。通过临床典型病案,介绍吴颢昕教授应用麻黄附子细辛汤的临床经验,拓展经方的运用思路和范围。故所述神经性皮炎、神经性咳嗽、过敏性鼻炎及三叉神经痛虽病症不同但病机一致,均属少阴阳虚,皆用麻黄附子细辛汤加味取效,从而收到异病同治的治疗效果。
Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction is taken from ZHANG Zhongjing＇ s Treatise on Febrile Diseases chapter Shaoyin, mainly applicable to treat disease of Taiyang and Shaoyin. It is composed of Mahuang, Fuzi and Xixin. Three herbs work together to warm yang for dispelling cold and resolving exterior. The rigorous prescription as well as the precise dosage,is a typical treatment method of ZHANG Zhongjing＇ s. This paper introduces professor Wu Haoxin＇ s clinical experience in the application of Mahuang Fuzi Xixin decoction through the clinical typical cases,expanding the application of ideas and the scope of classical prescriptions. In this paper, although the nervous dermatitis, neuropathic cough, allergic rhinitis and trigeminal neuralgia have different symptoms, they have the same pathogenesis and all of them belong to Yang deficiency of Shaoying. Therefore, Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction is applicable to all of them and received the same clinical effects, fully reflects the characteristics of ＂treating different diseases with the same therapy＂ of TCM.
