摘要
本文通过对80例选择性单纯胆囊切除术的病人,进行前瞻性使用引流与否和抗生素剂量的随机对照研究。结果表明:对于条件合适的病人,施行胆囊切除术可不放置腹腔引流和手术开始时仅给一剂抗生素,既安全又经济。
Reseach Unit of Hepato-Bilio-Pancreatology, West China University of Medical Sciences, Chengdu Routine drainage of the bed of the gallbladder and administration of prophylactic antibiotics following eleclive Cholecystectomy remained controversial. A prospective randemized series of 80 instances of cholecystectomy for chronic and subacute cholecystitis were presented. The resuts suggested single dosage of antibiotics administered intravenously at the beginning of the operation and without drainage of the bed of the gallbladder in chlecystectom y for selected patients would be safe and economic.
