摘要
运用文献资料法、数理统计法、比较分析法对我国第6次体育场地普查指标体系的变化情况做详细分析。结果表明:1)与"五普"指标体系相比,"六普"指标体系在8个方面发生了变化。分别是登记表式的变化,通用指标与专用指标减少,普查的场地类型增加,强化场地运营情况调查,根据实际需要增减部分具体指标,单独设计大型场馆运营情况登记表,增加场地所属单位基本情况登记表,体育场地普查手册更加细致具体。2)"六普"指标设置的原因是体育赛事的蓬勃发展,全民健身事业的持续推进,体育场地投入资金增多,体育产业化发展的需要。3)提出完善体育场地普查指标体系的构想,分别是建立反映体育场地变化的动态信息采集平台,可考虑增加大型体育场馆从业人员具体信息指标,可考虑增加大型体育场馆安全类指标等。
By using the methods of literature review and statistics,this paper makes comparative analysis on changes of China＇s sixth sports stadium census index system.The results show that 1）compared with the index system of ＂the fifth census＂, ＂ the sixth census＂ index system changed on eight aspects：the change of the registration form type,universal indicators and special index decreases,the census of site types increase,strengthen the investigation of field operation according to the actual need to increase or decrease in some specific indicators,design of large facility operation register separately,the units they belong to the basic situations of the increase in the registration form,sports ground survey manual more details;2） ＂the sixth census＂ index set is the cause of the vigorous development of the sports events,which continues to promote the national fitness cause,sports investment,and the needs of the development of sports industrialization;3）the idea of perfecting the index system of sports ground survey is respectively set up to reflect the actual changes in sports dynamic information collection platform,which can be applied to increase the stadium workers,specific information index,and to increase the stadium security indexes,etc.
