摘要
在中国境外追逃取得了突出成绩的时候,美国提出了所谓的"警告",并得到了中国及时回应。反思我国当前境外追逃工作,可以从以下几个方面进行调整和完善:综合运用警务合作与刑事司法协助,明确长期追逃的基本策略;严格遵守他国的法律制度,提供符合对方要求的证据材料;以国力和外交为依托,顺势开展境外追逃;规范媒体宣传的方式与措辞,避免不必要的麻烦;统一在境外追逃行动中的名称和用语。
China＇s overseas fugitive repatriation has made great achievements,but America made the so-called＂warning＂,to which China made an immediate response.China＇s overseas fugitive repatriation can be improved in the following ways：Making use of police cooperation and judicial assistance and sticking to long-term strategy;Following the laws of the requested state and providing evidence according to requested state＇s requirements;Carrying out the overseas fugitive repatriation on the basis of comprehensive national power and diplomacy;Improving media channels and language;Standardizing the name and terminology in overseas fugitive repatriation.
