摘要 评价制度在异化。作为评价主体中的主体,学生做出的评价具有天然的优先度,但主体内部的"非主体"评价不应被忽视。在评价技术与制度之间寻找某种平衡,"适度利用"大数据,让教师言行和学生评价发生"正向"交互作用。内卷化的变迁方式也许在微观层面上是坦途,但在宏观层面上是弯路。促进教育公平,提升道德文化,尊重教育规律,评价制度的"应然"将成为"必然"。因包括慕课在内的学习方式的巨大变革,教师评价制度也不可避免地要置于"互联网+教育"的背景下重构。 The teacher evaluation system is undergoing some kind of alienation. While the evaluation of students, the main body of evaluators, should be naturally prioritized, that done by less - significant subject should not be overlooked either. And a balance between the evaluation technique and the evaluation system should be achieved, and big data can be moderately applied to promote the positive interaction between teachers' behavior and students' feedback. The involution of the evaluation system might be smooth at the micro level, but a detour at the macro level. To promote education equity, improve moral standards, and respect the law of education, the necessity of setting up an evaluation system will become inevitability. Because of the revolution of learning methods, such as MOOC ( Massive open online course), the teacher evaluation system should he inevitably restruc- tured against the background of "Internet + education" as well.
