摘要
客舱地板梁结构是民用飞机机身结构的重要组成部分,其中地板横梁承担着旅客及座椅的载荷,需要分别与地板纵梁、支柱和机身框连接,是比较关键的结构。对典型机型的地板横梁结构形式和材料进行了介绍,并分析优缺点,最后对民用飞机地板横梁结构方案进行了总结。为民用飞机客舱地板梁概念设计提供参考和借鉴。
The cabin floor support structure is one of the important segments on commercial aircraft fuselage. The floor crossbeam takes the loads between passengers and seats,which has to be attached to seat track,post and fuselage frame. This paper introduces the typical crossbeam structure and used material,and analyzes the positive and negative properties. At last,the conclusion of the crossbeam structure concept was given. The research could provide a useful reference to civil aircraft structure design.
