摘要
目的探讨个性化护理配合健康教育在小儿手足口病感染防控护理中的应用.方法收集沈阳医学院附属中心医院2012年6月至2015年1月收治的小儿手足口病患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,均给予常规治疗措施,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予个性化护理配合健康教育,观察2组治疗效果.结果治疗效果组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组治疗有效率为96.67%,治愈率为86.67%,明显高于对照组的76.67%,43.33%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治愈时间和皮疹消退时间分别为(5.67±2.38)d,(3.12±0.89)d分别短于对照组的(11.23±2.67)d,(5.67±0.99)d,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论个性化护理配合健康教育对小儿手足口病治疗中起着重要作用,缩短了治愈和皮疹效果时间.
Objective To investigate the application of personalized care with health education in prevention and control nursing of children with hand, foot and mouth disease. Methods Sixty cases of foot and mouth disease admitted in our hospital from June 2012 to January 2015 were randomly divided into two groups： observation group and control group. The children patients in the control group were given conventional treatment, while the patients in the observation group received personalized care with health education based on the conventional treatment, then the therapeutic effect was compared between two groups. Results The difference in the therapeutic effect was statistically significant between the two groups（ P〈0.05）, the effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,and the cure rate was 86.67%, significantly higher than 76.67%, 43.33%, the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. The healing time and rash subsided time of the observation group were（ 5.67 ± 2.38） d,（ 3.12 ± 0.89） d, respectively, shorter than the control group（ 11.23 ± 2.67） d,（ 5.67 ± 0.99） d, the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion Personalized care with the health education in treatment of children with hand, foot and mouth disease plays an important role in shortening the time to cure and rash disappearing.
