摘要
目的探讨不同环境下视屏显示终端(VDT)作业人员职业紧张、职业倦怠水平及其影响因素,为改善VDT作业者作业环境、提高其职业生命质量提供依据。方法采用工作紧张测量问卷(JSS)、职业倦怠问卷(CMBI)和社会支持评定量表,通过分层整群抽样的方法,抽取特殊环境VDT男性作业人员253人为特殊环境组;另分层整群抽取市级银行男性职员VDT作业者263人为对照组,比较不同环境下VDT作业人员职业紧张、职业倦怠和社会支持水平的差异,以及影响特殊环境VDT作业人员职业紧张的因素。结果不同环境下VDT作业人员在工作紧张指数和频度、工作压力指数、强度和频度的得分不同,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同环境下VDT作业人员职业倦怠各维度的得分均不同,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同环境下VDT作业人员的支持总分、客观支持和主观支持得分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);影响特殊环境VDT作业人员职业紧张的因素有职业压力指数、组织支持缺乏指数和月薪(P<0.05);年龄、社会支持程度与特殊环境VDT作业人员职业紧张呈负相关,工作压力指数、组织支持缺乏指数和职业倦怠水平与特殊环境VDT作业人员的职业紧张呈正相关。结论特殊环境VDT作业人员职业倦怠水平较银行职员高,而职业紧张水平较城市VDT作业人员低。
Objective To investigate the level of occupational stress,job burnout and the influencing factors of video display terminal（VDT）operators who worked in different environments and provide the basis for improving the working environment and the quality of the occupational life of VDT operators.Methods Using the work stress questionnaire（JSS）,Job Burnout Questionnaire（CMBI）and social support rating scale,253 special environment of VDT male workers as special artificial environment group and 263 male bank clerks of VDT as control group were investigated with stratified cluster sampling method.The differences of occupational stress,job burnout,social support level,as well as the influence factors of occupational stress were compared in VDT workers who worked in different environments.Results Under the different environment,the work tension index and frequency,pressure index,intensity and frequency of the score of the VDT operators were different,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;under the different environment,VDT workers′occupation burnout in each dimension scores were different,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the total support score,objective and subjective support score of the VDT operators working in different environment were different,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the factors affecting occupation tensions of VDT workers in the special environment were occupation pressure index,lack of organizational support and salary index（P0.05）;age,the degree of social support negatively correlated with occupational stress of special environment VDT workers,while work pressure index,the lack of organizational support index and the level of occupation burnout positively correlated with occupation stress of VDT workers in special environment.Conclusion Special environment VDT operators′job burnout level was higher than that of the bank clerk,and occupational stress level was lower than the bank clerk.
